The Wandering Experience Our shuckers move through the party with custom belt rigs, shucking and serving directly to guests wherever they are standing. It is interactive, eliminates bottlenecks, and turns a normal party into the one people talk about afterwards.

The Stationary Raw Bar A curated display over ice and seaweed. Many hosts choose both — a stationary bar plus wandering shuckers.

Oyster tastings and pairings East Coast vs. West Coast, merroir, and curated pairings with champagne, craft beer, sake or whiskey. Available for private events, pop-ups and in-home experiences.

Oyster shucking classes at home Book a class at home or a partner venue, with top-quality oysters, all tools, and step-by-step instruction from expert shuckers.

How Private Party Booking Works

  1. Enquire — Contact us with your date, location and guest count.
  2. Call and proposal — We schedule a call and send a tailored proposal.
  3. Contract and deposit — Sign the proposal and pay a 30% deposit to lock in the date. The balance is due before the event.
  4. Enjoy — We bring everything, serve, and clean up.
