We are based in New York City and primarily serve the NYC metro area and New Jersey. We also travel within 200 miles of NYC for an additional fee. For events further away, we provide custom quotes to bring our raw bar catering and oyster service to your wedding, private party, or corporate event.
How much does oyster catering cost?
Our pricing is designed to scale:
$24 per guest for larger events (60+ guests)
$1,200 minimum for smaller gatherings under 60 guests
This includes two premium oyster varieties, professional oyster shuckers, and a full raw bar setup. Add-on seafood options are available for an additional per-person price.

Can I hire just an oyster shucker for my event?
Absolutely. Our “Book a Shucker” service allows you to hire a professional oyster shucker to handle the shucking and serving of oysters you’ve already sourced.
Where do you source your oysters and seafood?
We work directly with farms across the U.S., chosen for their sustainability, traceability, and flavor. Every oyster we serve can be traced back to its farm, ensuring the highest quality and a true farm-to-table experience.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions or allergies in advance, and we’ll adjust accordingly to ensure a safe, enjoyable raw bar experience for all your guests.
How far in advance should I book oyster catering?
We recommend booking at least 4–6 weeks in advance, especially during peak seasons (spring and summer). However, don’t hesitate to reach out last minute—we’ll do our best to make it work.
How long is the oyster catering service?
Our standard service includes up to 3 hours of live shucking. Additional time can be arranged if needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than one week in advance receive a full refund. Cancellations within a week of the event will not receive a deposit refund.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, Zelle, and cash. A 30% deposit is required to secure your date, with the remaining balance due before the event.
