Our oyster service is built to scale — from intimate dinner parties to full-on celebrations.
Pricing
$24/guest for larger events (typically 60+ guests)
$1,200 minimum for smaller gatherings 20-60 guests (covers staffing, oysters & setup)

Every package comes loaded with:
Two premium oyster varieties, selected by farm & season
A pro oyster shucker, live shucking station at your event
Full raw bar display with ice & seaweed
House-made sauces: cocktail sauce, classic mignonette, curated hot sauces, horseradish & fresh lemon wedges
Running out isn’t our style—we keep the raw bar stacked!
Add-On Options
Shrimp Cocktail – $12/person
Served chilled with cocktail sauce & lemon.
Smoked Salmon – $10/person
Hand-sliced, served with crème fraîche & capers.
Caviar Service – $65/person
Premium caviar with crème fraîche & blinis.
