Our oyster service is built to scale — from intimate dinner parties to full-on celebrations.

Pricing

  • $24/guest for larger events (typically 60+ guests)

  • $1,200 minimum for smaller gatherings 20-60 guests (covers staffing, oysters & setup)

  • Planning something even more intimate? Reach out—we’ll make it work.

Every package comes loaded with:

  • Two premium oyster varieties, selected by farm & season

  • A pro oyster shucker, live shucking station at your event

  • Full raw bar display with ice & seaweed

  • House-made sauces: cocktail sauce, classic mignonette, curated hot sauces, horseradish & fresh lemon wedges

Running out isn’t our style—we keep the raw bar stacked!

Add-On Options

  • Shrimp Cocktail – $12/person

    Served chilled with cocktail sauce & lemon.

  • Smoked Salmon – $10/person

    Hand-sliced, served with crème fraîche & capers.

  • Caviar Service – $65/person

    Premium caviar with crème fraîche & blinis.

What’s Included

  • Professional staff, up to 3 hours of service

  • Ice & seaweed raw bar display

  • Compostable plates, napkins & serviceware

  • We bring everything—no work on your end

  • Travel fees & state tax may apply depending on location

Booking Information

  • To confirm, we sign a simple catering proposal via DocuSign

  • 30% deposit required (payment link provided)

  • Balance due before your event
