Founded by nationally ranked oyster shucker and certified oyster specialist Rutvik Patel, our service goes beyond the shell. We don’t just serve oysters—we tell their stories, shuck them right, and bring the heat with torched oysters grilled on-site.

Who We Are

Founder Rutvik Patel brings over 20 years of hospitality experience and a reputation as one of the most dynamic oyster shuckers in the country. From The Masters Golf Tournament to Jazz Fest in New Orleans, he’s shucked oysters in over 21 states—and counting.

His partner and co-lead, Mahnaz Damania, brings a background in theater and storytelling that adds a layer of creative flair and connection to every event. Together, they lead a passionate team of professional shuckers committed to serving oysters with integrity, precision, and personality.
