Corporate Oyster Catering for Galas, Activations and VIP Events

Your corporate event needs to look polished and run on time. Our professional shuckers bring a clean, turnkey setup — no lines, no fuss, and no team managing a food station.

We bring experience from VIP hospitality at Formula 1 and The Masters, large-scale festivals, brand activations and convention mixers. That championship-level speed and hospitality works just as well for a 30-person executive dinner as for a 500-guest gala.

What Corporate Clients Book Us For

Galas and fundraisers A wandering raw bar keeps guests mingling and donating, not queuing. It is a talking point, photographs well, and fits a formal room.

Brand activations and product launches Build a tasting around a theme — East Coast vs. West Coast, Gulf vs. Atlantic, or a single farm story — and our shuckers tell that story.

Holiday parties, client dinners and VIP receptions From executive dinners to trade association summits, diplomatic receptions and convention mixers, we provide discreet, high-standard hospitality tailored to demanding venue protocols.

How Corporate Booking Works

  1. Enquire — Contact us with your date, venue, guest count and event type.
  2. Proposal — We send a tailored proposal including staffing, service length and any branding or tasting theme.
  3. Contract and invoice — Agree and sign the contract, then receive your invoice. A 30% deposit locks in the date; the balance is due before the event.
  4. On the day — We arrive, set up, serve, clean up, on your timeline.
